keeping busy by trying to communicate with lots of people here. i have so much time on my hands, i should be fluent in spanish by the time i get back to england. i guess that's a bonus, really.

Clarissa, I hope you are feeling a bit better now. It's very difficult to stop thinking. I find that trying to think of as many other things as possible by keeping yourself busy, maybe meeting new people (just as friends?), works best for me. Take it easy. And keep your head up!
