Clarissa, I hope you are feeling a bit better now. It's very difficult to stop thinking. I find that trying to think of as many other things as possible by keeping yourself busy, maybe meeting new people (just as friends?), works best for me. Take it easy. And keep your head up!

would love to be able to be around friends and keep busy, but 'stuck' in spain for another month.... don't seem to want to go on the rebound, it's not my style anymore. i get angry at anyone who comes too close.

anyone know how to stop myself from thinking?? have way too many thoughts and memories in my head and it's making me feel worse.

funny how i am not bitter at all about this. just extremely upset. am fed up feeling like this and it's not even been a week. i know sophian (now my ex) feels shit aswell and he's admitted he still loves me. not sure if that makes me feel better or worse. i just want him back. we also now have a 'pact': if we're not married at 30, we'll marry each other.

this is so messed up.
